This night with Taylor and Tom, and a side of Bonnie, was spent running through busy Uptown Charlotte together while dodging a whipping wind. These two always laughed and had such a great energy between them. Will be happily meeting them back in the city next year for their winter wedding day!
How did you meet? We work at the same club, and we met by chance at the work Christmas party. I sat down at a table with his friends to introduce myself and he, to my surprise, said loudly, "this is where the common people sit, sweetheart. You need to go back to your table over there!" I heard the Lancashire accent, and I was hooked.
How did he propose? We had planned a trip to Boone to get away for a weekend before the busy season began. Tom, who had the ring and already asked my parents for permission, planned to propose on Friday night as soon as we arrived to our rental home. Just the three of us were present for the most special moment - Tom, me, and our dog, Bonnie! Even though the trip was my idea, I had been planning my engagement trip and I didn't even know!
