Candace with Erin Padgett Events is one of my very favorite planners in the area, and she seriously pulls off the most gorgeous of weddings! She hooked me up with this Atlanta-based couple for their intimate Charlotte, Ritchie Hill wedding, and I knew as soon as I first met Sarah, the bride, at her boudoir session with me that all the beautiful was gonna go down. And boy was I right!
Set in a tiny garden on the property, Sarah and Zach became husband and wife as Sarah's dad officiated the ceremony, complete with a harpist, handheld woven fans to combat the brutal heat, and a stunningly beautiful wedding party. The late afternoon reception was held on the front porch of the house, with long tables decked out in Candace's creative wizardry, including a taste for champagne gummy bears and ghost chairs. A delicious dinner was served, toasts and cake were had, and more photos were taken as the sun started to dip. It was a simple, elegant, and peacefully beautiful wedding day. Sigh ...
